Hi. I’m Shari. I want to share a little more about me because I like to know about the writers of the blogs I visit. So, here’s a bigger pictures.

Studying is taking up much of my time. On my list are A+, web design and PHP. The last two are the newest, added because I wanted to be able to do includes and more on static websites.
I’m building a website that focuses on website development because it’s something I want to keep doing. Rather than having only the links below, it’s a good idea to build around that into something that has a life of its own.

a few of my favorite things
Writing is what I’ve done for the past 20 years. Longer if you count the writing I did when I was very young. Poems, tongue twisters, short stories, essays; and I’ve kept them up through the years. (Not the tongue-twisters, sadly.) From letter writing, to ad copy, to articles, and blogging; I have made use of the skill that I enjoy so much. It’s at the top of my “what I do” list because it’s the biggest part of me.
Photography is another activity that brings me pleasure and productivity. You can see some of my efforts posted on my Flickr photostream.
Web design keeps me up nights. I find I really like page manipulation through coding. I wake with ideas on how to fix what I’m working on—so I know I sleep on the subject. Which means, I’ll likely keep doing it, and getting better at it.
Playing is very important to me. Computer games, PlayStation® (the original console and games), and Lego® blocks are my toys of choice these days.
A Word on Publishing
What can I say? I really enjoy throwing stuff out into cyberspace. I like clicking the Publish button. And believing I might be helping or entertaining someone else is the reason I keep plugging away.
My images, (photos and graphics), enhance the messages. I’m pretty sure all images are mine. I’m trying to think of them all without reviewing the site. I’m pretty sure I’m right. Anyway, if I should use images from others, it will be fully and clearly attributed.
